While earning my bachelors at WSU I worked at KWSU, was active with Cable 8, and interned at KLEW TV in Lewiston. At the time I thought my career path would lead me to a position at ESPN in the video graphics department. However, my broadcast career ended the day I left Pullman and turned down an interview at a TV station in Spokane. That is the same day my career in marketing began.
Early on in my career I used Premiere Pro frequently to edit product demonstration videos. These were really fun projects and required story boarding, shooting and editing. The resulting videos were short, typically 3-minutes long, with titles detailing the split sleeve cold expansion process.
It’s been a while since then, but recently I’ve begun using video a bit more, this time to film construction processes. I’m a bit rusty so these tutorials were really beneficial. First, is a crash course in Premiere using a lot of tools. Second is a video which required me to shoot my own video and use other creative suite programs to improve the video.
Take a look and let me know what you think.
